Huacheng Winery Co., Ltd. of Maotai Town was established in 1999. It is a wholly-owned private winery specializing in the production, brewing, and packaging of sauce-aroma baijiu. Since its establishment, the company has obtained all necessary legal permits and holds its own independently registered brands, including Runtai, Guoren Yan, and Wuxing Long. The company currently occupies a site covering nearly 60 mu, located in the central area of Maotai Town, which spans 7.5 square kilometers. It has five operational workshops totaling approximately 26,000 square meters. The company boasts 238 fermentation pits and 28 sets of distillation equipment; each pit can process over 30,000 jin of grain, with an annual grain input of about 3,800 tons. The company produces roughly 2,900 tons of sauce-aroma daqu baijiu and about 1,300 tons of suisha baijiu annually.

Huacheng Liquor currently operates a production base covering approximately 130 mu, featuring more than 160 high-quality fermentation pits, with an annual production capacity exceeding 2,000 tons. At present, the group’s annual output value has surpassed 100 million yuan.
